Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the home building industry on the Sunshine Coast. He offers a unique combination of skills that include design, client consultation, project development, estimating, procurement and sub-trades coordination, client services, project management and financial oversight.

Having been involved in numerous projects from start to finish, he recognizes the importance of clearly establishing the client’s goals and site limitations at the beginning of the project. On renovations he really enjoys working with the homeowner to reimagine their space and share their vision of layout, lighting, and finishing choices to help them realize their goals.

Being able to sketch ideas on site and produce drawings to represent ideas has allowed him to effectively communicate to clients and sub-contractors throughout a project, helping to streamline the building process and ensuring that the outcomes meet the client’s expectations.
